In this class taught by author and teacher Ashley English, learn about five remedies to make as we move into cold and flu season. These items will have you equipped to promote wellness and ward off illness, should it arrive. Discussion will include information on ingredients used in and the preparation of: Elderberry & Honey Syrup, Fire Cider, Cough Syrup, Mustard Bath, and Decongestant Balm. Class attendees will receive printed handouts of the remedies, as well as be able to sample them.
