Made from ambrosia maple wood and a walnut top, the inner mechanisms are made of ceramics meaning it can handle pepper berries, rock salts, herbs and more. The coarseness of the spices are controlled by the grey knob on the bottom. Completely sealed using spoon + hook wood care.
